Runes of Magic, an mmorpg derived from Radiant Arcana, has been in Open Beta for a while and has attracted over 450,000 players. Frogster Interactive has finally chosen a date for Runes of Magic to be released, and that date is in March. Yes, Frogster Interactive may sound a bit…. weird, but the game is pretty good. It has been said to rival “World of Warcraft”.
“Since the open beta test launch is December, the population of Taborea has soared and we have been working closely with our community to fine tune the Runes of Magic experience”, said The Director of Product Management at Frogster, Daniel Ullrich. “We look forward to welcoming thousands of new players to Taborea during the next few weeks, as we get ready to fully launch Runes of Magic”.
I think the character levels and posessions will be carried on to the full version. Runes of Magic is being fully launched on March 19th, and it will officially be out of beta then.
